New regulations  from "Work Cover" in Australia have insisted that all Retailers have available to their staff and customers, care sheets covering incidents of what to do in the event of:
 
1.   Spillage
2.   Accidental ingestion by staff or customers
3.   Accidental spillage into eyes or on skin.
